Either. Most clients choose supply-and-fit for simplicity. If you prefer to source items, we’ll provide a clear spec so what you buy fits correctly.

Is your quote fixed?

Yes — you’ll receive a fixed, itemised quote covering labour, agreed materials and waste. We only charge extra if you request changes or if hidden issues require additional work, which we’d discuss first.

What about mess and dust?

We protect floors and walkways, use dust extraction where possible and tidy up daily. Waste is removed responsibly.

Do you handle electrics and plumbing?

Yes. First fix and second fix are included. Any certification required for electrical works is provided on completion.

Can we still use the toilet/shower during the job?

We’ll plan to minimise downtime, but there will be periods without water or toilet/shower access. We’ll give clear notice so you can plan around it.

Yes. We tank/waterproof, create correct falls to the drain and use quality drainage systems and membranes.
