Design & itemised quote
You’ll get a fixed, itemised quote (labour, materials, waste) plus a clear schedule. No hidden extras.

Scheduling & prep
We agree dates that work for you. We book skips if needed, order materials and brief trades.
- Step 5
Strip-out & first fix
Old suite out, waste removed. We handle pipework, electrics and any boarding or tanking, ready for tiling.
- Step 6
Tiling & flooring
Subfloor prep, levelling and waterproofing where required. Crisp lines, neat trims, clean grout.
- Step 7
Second fix & finishing
Fit suite, furniture and brassware. Sealants, mirrors, accessories. Thorough clean and sign-off.
- Step 8
Aftercare & warranty
We walk you through care tips. You get workmanship warranty and we’re here if you need us.
